Remedy for jetlag

The obligatory apology for not posting...

In the last few weeks, I was too busy with work and I had too much (work-related) fun to keep up the writing.

Live is great fun, but also rather hard work.

Work-life has picked up in a way I had not imagined, and I have been seriously jetlagged a few times. Now, I have a patent remedy for Jet Lag, but it requires the proximity of a regular, and that is not always the case.
